Draft Prospects This Weekend

We aren't playing on Saturday, so it's a perfect opportunity to watch some of our potential draft picks...

Duke vs Pitt (Saturday @ 1PM)- Tatum & Giles. Tatum has shown some good flashes of what he could become. However, his fit with this Duke team doesn't really seem to be there. Looks like he is playing for himself sometimes instead of within team. Giles has been pretty awful and underwhelming. Anything decent from him would be a plus.

Kansas vs Iowa St (Saturday @ 2PM)- Josh Jackson has been pretty incredible as of late against some of the best teams in the country. 22/4/4 (7-12 FG, 4-4 3PT) against WVU, 20/10/3 (9-17FG, 2-5 3PT) against Kentucky, and 22/10/1 (8-13 FG, 2-4 3PT) against Baylor. IMO, he's the 2nd best player in this draft. Would be a fantastic consolation if we can't get Fultz.

NC State vs Miami (Saturday @ 3PM)- Dennis Smith Jr coming off a triple double in his last game. Has had an up and down year. Sometimes he looks like an absolute world beater when his shot is falling, and other times he looks extremely pedestrian.

Arizona @ Oregon (Saturday @ 4PM)- Lauri Markkanen is a 7 footer shooting 50% from 3 and averaging 8 rebounds per game. Legitimately might be the best shooter in the draft, which is crazy.

Kentucky @ Florida (Saturday @ 8:15PM)- Not sure if De'Aaron Fox is playing. Still having shooting woes. Great passer and defender and has Wall-like quickness. Malik Monk coming off a 37 point performance where he hit 7 3s. Really doesn't bring much else to the table other than unconscious scoring, but man he's fun to watch.

Washington vs UCLA (Saturday @ 10:30PM)- This is the game we've been waiting for. Washington is going to get absolutely smoked, but this game is going to be extremely high paced and fun to watch. Fultz vs Ball. Enough said.

Florida St vs Clemson (Sunday @ 12:30PM)- Right before our game against the Clips...Jonathan Isaac has pretty much been a model of consistency. Gets you around 15 points on efficient shooting within the offense, and rebounds and defends well.
