What do you guys think about targeting Ibaka before the trade deadline? I know he's having a somewhat down year in terms of shot blocking and rebounding, but I have a feeling he would be much more like his old self in Boston playing under Stevens on a winning team with veteran players. His combined skill set would seem to make him a good fit given our needs up front. He's a better defensive player and rebounder than either Olynyk, Zeller or Jonas, but a better floor spacer than Amir. He's in the last year of his contract making $12,250,000 this season. I assume he's not resigning with Orlando and given where Orlando is in the standings, they must be considering moving him if they get an offer with decent young talent. So maybe we offer Amir (who's also in final year of $12,000,000 salary) and Rozier and a future second rounder if necessary? It may just be a one season rental but I'd love to see how good this current team could be if we upgraded our starting PF.
