Thoughts on Jae's Tweetstorm

It's a bit jarring how "fans" are throwing away their support for a guy who just gave us his best game of the season, and helped take our hopes as a fan base to even greater heights. Those comments he made came from fans provoking him when he let us know how he really feels. He's an ultra competitive guy who takes pride in his team and the importance he plays to it. Of course he wouldn't want his spot to be replaced by another player. That's what he was telling us and how emotionally charged that made him, but some of us had to provoke him with "go to another team then", or "Jaylen is gonna replace you eventually." Can't get mad at a guy for responding the way he did when he was already hyped up and seeing these ridiculous comments. I'm not defending him 100% for his actions and Twitter is definitely not the place to be public with controversial feelings, but the way some people are writing him off is just mind boggling to me.

Give me Jae Crowder, the ultimate glue guy with the chip on his shoulder who is one of the emotional leaders of this darling Celtics team. After tasting success tonight, this team has hit a rough patch, so instead of fueling the destructive flames, we have to lend our support to all of our players so this team continues to do its best.

Agree? Disagree?
