What kind of realistic return could we hypothetically get for Smart this Summer?

I know everyone loves Marcus. He's a tough defender with great intangibles and signs of the clutch gene. He's averaging near-starter minutes for us this season off the bench: 30 minutes - 9.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 4 assists, 1.2 steals with 36%/28%/69% shooting.

It's his 3rd season and lack of offense continues to be his major weakness. There's still a chance Marcus makes a leap this season and starts scoring efficiently.

Hypothetically, let's say his production stays roughly the same for the rest of the season. Let's say Boston lands a top 3 pick and the best available player is another PG (like Fultz). Seems to me that as much as we love Marcus, he'll be the odd man out. Thomas is an all-star. Bradley has been a borderline all-star this season. This draft is thought to be extremely good with multiple PGs. If we end up taking a young budding star with that pick, my guess is Smart's minutes are either getting cut significantly or we'll need to trade him for a position of need.

What do you anticipate we could get straight-up for him? It seems to me that people outside of Boston have a much lesser opinion of his trade value than we do. Forbes, for instance, recently said that a fair package for Vucevic would include Marcus Smart as well as James Young, Jordan Mickey, Kelly Olynyk and two future first-round picks.

So if we land a better PG prospect to take Smart's immediate bench role, what do you think we'll be able to get for Smart? I've seen people suggest Nerlens Noel, but he'll be an unrestricted free agent at that point. I've seen some say we could get a lotto-protected 1st rounder for him. What do you think?
