Is It Me Or Is Avery Bradley Insanely Underrated?

I'll start by saying that I have been a fan of the Celtics since I arrived in America/Boston 10ish years ago for high school. I moved here during the inception of the Big 3 acquisitions and vividly remember watching the 2008 finals despite not understanding the sport whatsoever. I knew there was a ball and a basket, that was basically it. Clearly, I am biased to believe that our players are more valuable than they are in reality due to my whole interest being rooted in the Celtics. That being said, I register that my opinions may be skewed or inaccurate in the eyes of others. So bear with me.

Why is Avery Bradley not considered someone along the lines of Bradley Beal or Victor Oladipo? Just taking a quick look at all of their collective stats, although Avery Bradley took a couple of years to become acclimated as opposed to Ola or Beal, who started producing numbers right away, Avery Bradley seems to keep up, being around the 15 ppg mark +- 1 or 2. He has hit important shots, isn't known to be inconsistent with his shot (the biggest complaint I have heard regarding the Celtics.... Or is he? I really have no idea considering the Celtics as a whole suffers from a shooting deficit), and is elite with his man on man defense. He's 25, 1-2 years younger than the top scoring wings/SGs in the NBA (Demar, Kawhi, etc) and has spent a considerable time in the league despite being young. Why is he being overlooked as someone who is about to make a huge jump this year? Am I just being deluded or are all the signs pointing towards him having a monumental year? I get that he may be underwhelming at times and is physically inept compared to the elites in the league but I still get so confused.

TD;DR: Why isn't Avery considered as someone who is about to have a monumental year?

Again, asking this more as a, "can someone explain the reasoning to me?" question as opposed to what I think is the reality. If anyone could provide their insight that would be great. I've watched about 40-50 Boston games for the past 3-4 seasons and even more prior to that, my opinions and views all come from this experience.
