I saw this floating around one of the other posts but what are the chances of Pierce coming here before the trade deadline and finishing out his career in Green? Some stats..
Clippers Record: (19-13) Fourth in the Western Conference, realistically the farthest I can see them going is Western Conference semi-finals, Clippers just seem a team ready to implode..
Celtics: (18-13) Currently 8th in the Wild Wild East. Pierce's basketball IQ would definitely be great for Brad Steven's system as well as our young players. He has proven that he can still contribute on the score sheet as well.
Him coming to Boston can give the Celtics a piece of what they would need to possibly recruit another high level scorer in a trade that could play a piece in the Championship years to come. Also what would be better than a Pierce/Lebron ECF matchup...
