We are 2 losses behind the raptors and 1 loss behind the celtics. These are each of the hawks, celtics, and raptors' schedules, with my predictions beside the game.
Hawks
Vs. Clippers (W)
@Bulls (W)
Vs. Wizards (W)
Vs. Knicks (W)
Yes, I am predicting the hawks go 4-0. The clippers are extremely short handed so that should be easy. The bulls game will be most difficult but we didn't have any trouble slaughtering them the other day. Wiz are hot but we are better and we are fully capable of beating the knicks.
Raptors
Vs. Spurs (L)
@Grizzlies (L)
Vs. Bucks (W)
Vs. Magic (W)
The raptors have been playing very poorly and seeing them pull out a win either vs. the 2nd seed spurs or @ the grizzlies would be surprising. Even the bucks game could be interesting. They should easily beat the magic though.
Celtics
@Wizards (W)
Vs. Rockets (L)
Vs. Magic (W)
@Bucks (L)
I think the Celtics will pull one out in Washington but that will be a really tough game, the wizards are playing great. The rockets are just plain better and will win. Again the magic aren't good and that should be a win. @Bucks will be interesting and I think the bucks pull it out despite their recent clubhouse struggles.
So, if my predictions are true this would be 2-4 in the east:
2. Hawks (30-18)
3. Raptors (30-18)
4. Celtics (28-19)
I honestly think this is the most likely scenario for this week through Monday and it is very likely the hawks end up 2nd this week. So no, we shouldn't trade Millsap and "blow it up". We should trade for Carmelo Anthony and try to give Millsap the championship he deserves (/s... maybe). So what do you guys think? Am I being a homer or is this actually realistic?
